On the home page, click the link "Custom Orders" to direct you to the Custom Order page. When you place a custom order, we will create a jacket specially for your child. You will fill out a form to answer some questions: the child's name, jacket size, favorite interests/colors, any additional features, etc. We will then design and create a denim jacket with his/her unique preferences in mind!

All jackets are handwash/spot clean only! As with most handmade products, our jackets need to be treated with extra love and care. Although they can handle the wear and tear of being worn by kids, washing should be kept to a minimum. Machine washing wears down denim and can damage the patchwork. So please handwash or spot clean only and hang to dry!

We are passionate about creating clothing that is sustainable. Around 85% of clothing that is donated to thrift stores still ends up in landfills. Children's clothing is especially more likely to experience stains and tears, and therefore be discarded. This adds to the vast amount of textile waste that is harming our planet. By using fabric from carefully sourced garments for our jackets, we are able to give them a new life.

Simple answer: privacy! Any child featured on our website and/or social media is either my own child or a customer's child. They are not paid models for our products, they are normal children who just love our jackets! It's our job as parents to protect our children and their privacy. We love to share pictures of customers loving their Oopsie Daisy jackets, but also want to respect their privacy.

If a jacket has been personalized, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. The personalization is permanently adhered to the jacket and cannot be removed for resale. If the jacket has not been personalized, please reach out to us on the "Contact" page. Before purchasing, please double-check your child's jacket size and size up for your child to grow into!

Absolutely! If you need a personalized jacket for your child for a special event- such as a flower girl, big sibling announcement, birthday party, etc- Oopsie Daisy would be honored to be a part of it! Please purchase a "Custom Order" jacket and fill out the information on your special event.

Although creating denim jackets for kids is our specialty, we are open to matching custom orders for adults. If you're looking for Mama/Mini jackets, or bride/flower girl jackets, or maybe matching jackets for a family vacation...we are willing to hear your creative ideas!
